Join us for an incredible behind-the-scenes experience featuring Fluff and Scruff, our two magnificent bear brothers. This exclusive encounter takes place before the park opens, offering your a rare and peaceful chance to walk through their enclosure, learn their inspiring rescue story, and help serve their breakfast.
Fluff and Scruff are not just any bears - they're survivors. Rescued from a life of hardship, they now enjoy the safety and comfort of their specially designed habitat.

What's included in your experience
Park entry for the day
A guided look at the bears’ habitat, where you’ll learn how they roam, forage, and play, all from outside the enclosure.
Minimum age is 12+ years.
Watch the bears enjoy their breakfast, with the gates open at all times so they can choose to participate.
30 minutes with an expert bear keeper, who will share fascinating facts about bear behaviour, their rescue stories, conservation, and how they’re cared for at the park.
